In another development Bihar government has approved the allocation of Rs 586 million for the setting up of a branch of the prestigious National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). Well this is good news, especially the one on rural education and the emphasis on English and Maths. Looks like Bihar is moving up the ladder, but it like the rest of the country has a long way to go.
